FAQs

...Are you the cops?
No one has actually said this out loud, but we know you're thinking it. We would be, too! No, we're not. And we suspect the cops couldn't get away with selling you real weed and calling it legal. I am not a lawyer, but that sounds like entrapment.

Is this legal?
In the state of Ohio (and approximately 44 other states) hemp and ALL hemp-derived products are legal as long as they contain less than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Some states regulate this differently, so you'll need to check specifics if you plan to travel across state lines. All of our products are tested and certified to contain less than 0.3% of "classic" THC.

Is this like CBD?
Distinctly not. This gets you high. Though we also sell CBD products.

Will this get me high?
Yep. With a very very high probability. Standard rules apply: new users may not get high the first time. High-tolerance users will still have a high-tolerance (...duh). But, all of our testing (and we've been busy) indicates that you will likely be high AF after using.

Where do you source your products?
All of the raw hemp that goes into making these products, both buds as well as concentrates/distillates are grown on a USDA certified Organic , family-run farm in Oregon. They're not my family yet, but here's to hoping.

Are these products safe?
To date, there have been no known reports of health effects of most of the products we sell. We haven't even heard reports of some of the negative health effects of Marijuana with these enriched hemp flowers. These synthetic cannabinoids have not been around as long as Marijuana, so long-duration longitudinal studies have not been conducted. One product, Delta-8, has had some adverse outcomes reported.
We have opinions on the probable cause of these being poor chemistry and toxic additives. We also have some opinions on the relative un-safety of Marijuana (how long have we been smoking 20+% THC...? How much data really exists on long-term effects? Is what you smoke grown with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides?) The bottom line is, we want our customers to be as informed and as safe as possible. Please check out the following website for more information on any risks of Delta-8. https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/5-things-know-about-delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol-delta-8-thc

Is this like the synthetic weeds Spice and K2?
Our semi-synthetics are a bit more complex, but they’re only similar to Spice and K2 in that these are both considered "legal" and "synthetic" cannabinoids. Otherwise, these substances are far more different than similar. Spice and K2 were completely synthetic. This means that every single ingredient was a chemical. These compounds also had no resemblance or similarity, in terms of chemical structure, to Delta-9 THC. THC-O Acetate, HHC, Delta-8, Delta-10, and the other modern variants are all: - derived from compounds naturally occurring in the hemp plant - altered only slightly to change the chemical structure (you start with a naturally extracted distillate, and you end with the same amount of the new "synthetic" distillate) - mimic the chemical structure of delta-9 THC - have not seen anything remotely close to the issues that occurred with Spice and K2 use. Also, these are real buds. And they smell, taste, and look like it. Any product we sell, we use ourselves. (except high-dose edibles. that shit gets me too high, and always has, man).

Will this show up on a drug test?
Probably, but no extensive testing has been done. If you need to pass a drug test, please don't use our products.
We would hate to be involved in you losing your job.

Do I need a Medical Card?
You sure don't! All of our cannabis products are considered "hemp", so we can sell them to anyone age 21 or older. However, if you are a medical marijuana patient, we strongly recommend you check with a doctor to confirm that our products will work just as well for you. That being said, we aim to make the entire process far simpler than that of other cannabis dispensaries.
